Eng. Gamal El- Sadat “Chairman of Etisalat Misr” officially released the news of the acquisition of 2 Internet companies “Egynet” & “Nile Online”.

El-Sadat added that the 2 companies are now totally owned by Etisalat Misr in order to provide the Internet services through them during the coming period.

The negotiations between Etislat Misr and the 2 companies lasted for 1 year till the completion of the acquisition.
