Wireless Last Mile Solution

Typically, Nile online “NOL” provides its standard Internet / VPN connectivity services over copper cables. However, in areas where this infrastructure facilities do not exist, or the quality of the copper line is poor to  carry the required bandwidth, NOL can still provide its service using the wireless technology.  Moreover, the wireless technology can provide high speed links such as 10Mb/sec and above, unlike the xDSL capacity that is limited to 2 Mb/sec (symmetric connection).
A wireless link typically consists of two broadband wireless stations facing one another. One station is installed on top of the nearest exchange office and the second one is installed at the Customer’s premises . These wireless systems work in the 5.8 GHz frequency spectrum.
NOL provides turn-key solution that includes, but not limited to, Design, Implementation and Operation of the wireless solution. NOL also handles the wireless license process through the NTRA . 

Indoor/outdoor WI-FI
The Wi-Fi is a superior wireless technology based on the 803.11g standard. It can be used to provide both indoor and outdoor network coverage. NOL can provide turn-key solution to cover exhibition halls, offices, hotels and any other applications that require wireless coverage.
The solution includes the installation of several Wi-Fi access points to compose a mesh network that is backhauled to NOL’s network through one of its PoPs. The backhauling could be xDSL or another point-to-point wireless link. This service is offered on a case by case basis, where NOL’s solutions are tailored according to the customer requirements.
Wi-Fi implementation can be applied to multiple sites and together all sites can connect to a centralized database or authentication system. This allows the users to connect to the network from different locations with the same account details.
