ready 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to handle
any technical inquiry via email or phone. The problem is either solved
immediately or escalated by the technical support team using an automated
Trouble Ticketing system.
NOL Customers are aware
that in most cases the problem is detected prior to the arrival of any
complaints and the customers are usually contacted by NOL to
try to jointly solve the problem.
