All customers complaints or inquiries are directed to the Customer Service Department Help Desk, where well equipped, qualified and certified engineers are ready 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to handle any technical inquiry via email or phone.  The problem is either solved immediately or escalated by the technical support team using an automated Trouble Ticketing system.
